Trays and Non-Screen Internals
CP Screens also mechanically designs and manufacturers a range of different types of Tray and Non-Screen Internals used in both pressure vessels and reactors. These items are manufactured from either stainless steel or carbon steel plate, pipe and bar materials and are commonly used in conjunction with our Profile Screen products such as Support Grids and Outlet Collectors. The typical refining processes you will find these internals present will include hydrocracking, hydrotreating and hydrodesulphurisation. With this in mind, our aim is to provide our customers with a 'One-Stop-Shop' experience for complete vessel/reactor internals to assist with a more efficient way of procurement.
